Fatih Blv. Uzundere San. Sitesi A Blok No: 453A | Sultanbeyli-İstanbul” adresinde bulunan Şirket Müdürlüğü’ne kimliğimi tespit edici belgeler ile bizzat elden iletme yahut noter kanalıyla veya KVK Kanunu’nda belirtilen diğer yöntemler ile iletme hakkına sahip olduğumu kabul ediyorum.
